1. General Policy
At Spectrum Infotech, we aim to provide high-quality training and services. Refund eligibility depends on the type of program purchased and the stage of delivery.
2. Training & Course Fees
- Before course start: Full refund minus payment gateway charges may be issued if cancellation is requested at least 7 days before the batch start date.
- After course start: No refund is generally provided once classes, materials, or portal access have been activated.
- Partial attendance: Refunds are not issued for partially completed programs except at management discretion in exceptional cases.
3. Internships, Webinars & Live Training
Registration fees for internships, free/paid webinars, and live training programs are non-refundable once enrollment is confirmed and access credentials are issued, unless the program is cancelled by Spectrum Infotech.
4. Certificate & Application Fees
Certificate application, verification, or processing fees are non-refundable after submission and review has begun.
5. Payment Errors
If you were charged twice or there was a technical payment error, contact us within 7 days with transaction details. Verified duplicate payments will be refunded.
6. Refund Process
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–15 business days. Bank or gateway timelines may apply.
7. How to Request a Refund
Email support@spectruminfotech.co.in with your name, registered email, course/program name, payment ID, and reason for the request. Our team will review and respond within 5 business days.
8. Policy Updates
Spectrum Infotech reserves the right to update this Refund Policy. The version published on this page applies to all new enrollments.
